“He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first.”
“...Jesus said to her, “Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more.” (John 8:11)
Why did Jesus say to this adulterous woman, “Neither do I condemn you”?
The reason is that when Jesus, who came as the Lamb of God, was baptized by John the Baptist (the representative of humanity and the last high priest), all the sins of the world were transferred onto Jesus’s head, and at that moment, all the sins of this adulterous woman were also transferred to Jesus. Therefore, Jesus could not condemn this woman who believed in Him as her Savior and in His baptism.
Jesus not only bore the sins of this woman but also took upon Himself all the sins of the world through His baptism and was crucified and died as a judgment for those sins.
