• You Who Are Trapped in Legalism Are Destined for Hell.
  

In the past, I was trapped in legalism while believing in God, but I was still a sinner(John 9:31; Revelation 21:27).

Despite seeking repentance prayers, fasting and prayer, daily prayers for forgiveness of sins, doing good works to enter heaven, and trying to keep the 10 commandments and 603 law provisions (Galatians 3:10; James 2:10; Ephesians 2:8), sin remained in my heart, hell was my destination, I had no assurance of salvation, and was always weighed down by sin.

But now I am born again through faith in the gospel of water and Spirit (John 3:3,5,7).

Now I have assurance of salvation and my new destination is heaven (Matthew 13:43, 25:46; Psalm 1:5–6; 1 Peter 3:12). This gospel of water and Spirit is God’s Word revealed through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation.

Because of this gospel, I can confess before you today that I stand before God as one without sin (Job 33:9), holy and righteous (Titus 3:5; 1 Peter 1:15–16; Hebrews 10:10–18).

This is not arrogance.

It is what Jesus Christ, who is God, accomplished when He came to earth to save us all from all the sins of the world (1 John 5:4–11). Jesus fulfilled all righteousness with John the Baptist (Matthew 3:15). He blotted out all our sins once and for all eternity (Hebrews 10:10–14).

By that will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest stands ministering daily and offering repeatedly the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins. But this Man, after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God, from that time waiting till His enemies are made His footstool. For by one offering He has perfected forever those who are being sanctified. <Hebrews 10:10–14>

I, who was bound for hell under original sin, am now newly born again and testify to my faith through believing in the gospel of water and Spirit.
