This is a collection of sermons that leads readers to believe the salvation of the tabernacle as the remission of their own sins and to rely on it in daily life. In twenty chapters of topical sermons it examines the overall flow of the tabernacle, and in forty textual sermons it deals with concrete questions of faith and life. On the basis of the salvation Jesus accomplished through the baptism He received from John, the blood of the Cross, and the resurrection, it tells of the faith that is assured of the remission of sins even while admitting wrongs, the prayer that asks God for help, and the life of serving together with different gifts. It awakens us to the fact that, as we hear and teach the word and help in the salvation of other souls, the grace already received becomes today’s strength and rest.
